As the holiday season approaches, we find ourselves reflecting with gratitude on all we’ve been able to accomplish—thanks to you. Your kindness and compassion make it possible for us to rescue, heal, and care for animals in their time of greatest need.

Nineteen years ago, Heal Animal Rescue began with a simple promise: to give animals in need a chance at life, love, and respect. Nearly two decades later, that promise continues—stronger than ever.

Every day, we meet animals like Nova, a Cane Corso mix found wandering the streets, painfully emaciated and weak. From the moment she arrived, our team rushed her to the vet for treatment and evaluation. Slowly, with love and nourishment, Nova is gaining strength. Soon she’ll be ready to go home with a family who will love her the way she deserves.

And animals like Poppy, a brave tuxedo cat abandoned with burns on all four paws. It took months of care and medical treatment, but today Poppy walks without pain—thanks to your generosity.

These are just two of the many animals whose lives have been changed because of you.

This year has been especially difficult. Shelters everywhere are full, and animals are being turned away daily. With record-high intakes and longer stays for the animals in our care, your support is more critical than ever.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 by December 31, 2025, to continue providing lifesaving medical care, nutritious food, and warm shelter for animals who have nowhere else to go.

Here’s how your gift helps:

$50 provides intake, food, and shelter for one animal for a month.
$100 covers a collar, leash, microchip, and medical assessment.
$250 provides vaccinations and a spay/neuter surgery.
$1,000 funds a critical medical or dental procedure for an animal in need.
